"I must study politics and war, that our sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. Our sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history and naval architecture, navigation, commerce and agriculture in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry and porcelain.”

ARTIST'S RANT

Often times as I forge my way through life, the same question enters my mind..."I wonder what's their story?..."

This biography gave me the opportunity to ask myself that same question, so here's a little bit of The Story...

Am I really the "Renaissance Man" people tell me I am?

I find art everywhere and in everyone...Although, it's not always that easy to see.

I believe all lives are works of art.  The various forms of my artwork, my lifestyle choices, and my attempts to influence at home or at work are intended to evoke both inspiration and growth.   Not all growth is easy...it takes time, patience, practice, sacrifice, adaptation, dedication, awareness, hard work, and vulnerability.

ARTIST'S RANT No. 2

Even standard elements, like carbon, arranged in the perfect setting and combined with the proper amount of time, pressure, temperature, and light can become diamonds in the rough. Yet, these raw diamonds still require precise cutting and meticulous polishing to be recognized as the valuable jewels the world sees them as today.

My work focuses on capturing what most people may see as "ordinary" and turning it into a prized possession. After I successfully capture the special moment in the ideal environmental conditions; I devote the time, creativity, and energy needed to transform these ordinary moments into raw diamonds that I cut and polish to become extraordinary!

Embark upon The Adventure and join me for a quick tour of my journey as I scour the earth searching for rare timeless moments.

The fact that in a split second, a snapshot instantly becomes history still fascinates me. My favorite moments in time are preserved as breathtaking one-of-a-kind fine jewelry pieces, stunning landscapes, beautiful portraiture, or influential lifestyles and architecture, carpentry, and other art mediums.  This preservation affords each of us the unique opportunity to travel back in time and reminisce upon an old feeling or moment that our daily lives tend to make us forget.
